On the occasion of the first edition of I Gelati d'Italia, a festival dedicated to ice cream, sherbets, sorbets and frozen desserts, which will be held in the streets of Orvieto May 1st to 5th, also Amanita will make its appearance with "Il Freddo che piace ..." : an event within the event, in which the Italian-style cocktail Falesco meets the cuisine of Montanucci and the ice cream of Pasqualetti. Falesco Day a MILAN

After the first edition of Rome of 2009, the Falesco Day arrives in Milan. Monday, March 11th 2013, from 16.30 to 22.00, Falesco take on the tasting tables at the Westin Palace, in Piazza della Repubblica, all their wines and new vintages of Syrah Tellus Lazio 2011 and Montiano Lazio IGP 2010. The guest of honor on this occasion will be the chef Gianfranco Vissani, who will prepare an on-site review of the Risotto alla Milanese. The event is organized in collaboration with AIS Milano and is reserved for invited guests only.
